Basic Clean - STARTS @ $150

- Sanitize all surfaces

- Sanitize kitchen sink (must be empty as we do not do dishes unless discussed prior) 

- Sanitize inside/outside of microwave

- Sanitize faces of appliances

- Feather dust blinds, fans, light fixtures & wall hangings (please provide ladder if needed)

- Make bed if clean sheets are provided and the bed is stripped

- Sanitize toilets, shower walls/tubs & sink/nozzles

- Empty all trash 

- Vacuum/Mop/Steam 

-PICKING UP CLUTTER IS NOT INCLUDED (please have surfaces/floors clear of clutter)

**Please note that we do not move furniture for liability purposes. If there is furniture blocking an area, we will not clean that area unless the furniture is pulled out to where we can fit behind**

Deep Clean - STARTS @ $250

Includes everything in a basic clean plus;

- Baseboards

- Doors & Door Trim

- Light Switches & Plug Outlets

- Inside of Windows & Sills

- Hard Water removal on glass showers (if not etched in glass)

- PICKING UP CLUTTER IS NOT INCLUDED (please have surfaces/floors clear of clutter)

Move In/Out Clean - STARTS @ $300

Includes everything in the basic and deep clean plus;

- Inside of cabinets & drawers (must be 100% empty)

- Outside of cabinets & drawers 

- Oven Cleaned

- All Empty Shelving (must be 100% empty)

**Move Out/In Add Ons**

Clean fridge/freezer $35 (must be 100% empty)

Garage sweep out $35
